Guild Storage

I need opinions about what to do with the guild storage, I have two:

1. Put a password and only let certain people have access to the guild storage.

2. Leave it open to everyone and have a guild storage log.

See, the main idea is that now the guild storage will be used to put items that might help other players, however, I do not want anyone to abuse this. So any ideas on what should I do?

i say u do password. cuz it limits the amount of ppl u have to keep tabs on. but if u do choose the password and some one in guild needs an item that might be in G.S that person needs to ask a person who has the code to get the item from G.S. n the person who gets the item should write down the items name and who he gave it to. so that way trust wont be a problem and u will be able to keep tabs on who took wat with outs having a log.

Yeah, a combination of both ideas sounds pretty nice...

i came up with the idea because the last RO i played the guild leader had the same problem. she tried to do the log but it didnt work out 4 many reasons. n she got upset that people were taking things with out even asking or telling her that she ended up disbanding the guild. but i hope the idea works out.

Not sure about that yet, but the items that might sell will be vend then the left overs is in guild storage?

do we have to give u our names if we want to put something in guild storage that we dont need or dont want???? also what happens which i am sure this wont but what happens if some one needs something thats in GS n they need it today not 2morrow but no one with the password is on.

slayan - i dont think you'll have to worry about it too much, since our co-leaders are pretty active. if it becomes an issue, i'm sure rose will be willing to listen to suggestions. :D

I think having the co-leads have the pw is enough. Especially if they have to keep a log on who they gave items to.

yea i agree it wont happen which is y i said it in my post. but i still like to make room 4 the "u never know" issues lol
