So I've gone through a few topics complaining about the massive amount of e-mails they get a day when people reply to their topics... there's an easy solution to this, two actually:
Option 1:
1. Go to your profile! (It's located on the top under the banner.)
2. Go to "Preferences"~
3. Put all the options off that have to do with e-mails!
4. No more spam!
Option 2:
1. Go to your profile!
2. Go to "Topics Being Watched"
3. Select the topics you want to stop watching (if you stop watching them you stop getting e-mails from them).
4. No more spam from topics you don't care about!
